In the elegant, softly lit setting of ‘Fire & Salt’,  guests can enjoy sumptuous, festive dishes prepared by Executive Chef Tommy Butler and his team this holiday season.  Passionate about using the best local and seasonal ingredients, prepare for a delightful gastronomic experience. Dishes are expertly paired with a selection of wine that includes classic favourites mixed in with a few premium wines and one or two unusual finds for the buffs amongst us. There is also a full drinks menu with a selection of your favourite cocktails.

For a more dining casual affair, guests can feast on a delicious menu of modern and traditional dishes at The Coach House Brasserie. You will instantly feel at home with its booth-seating and roaring fire in Kitty’s Corner. Making spirits bright, it is also a great spot to enjoy a seasonal drink such as a hot Port or a hot chocolate with marshmallows for little guests.

On New Years Eve, Fire & Salt Restaurant will host an extravagant six course tasting menu designed by our award-wining Executive Chef Tommy Butler.
