Whether you’re hosting a conference, celebrating milestones, or simply rewarding your team, our Corporate BBQ & Team Building experiences combine great food, engaging activities, and memorable moments for groups of up to 500 guests.

Whether hosting energising coffee breaks, informal business lunches, or sophisticated gala dinners, every menu is carefully curated using premium locally sourced ingredients by Executive Head Chef Tommy Butler and his culinary team.

Located in the heart of Ireland’s rich agricultural landscape, the estate has access to outstanding seasonal produce, fresh seafood, artisan dairy products, and premium Irish meats. By partnering with trusted local suppliers, the culinary team ensures every dish reflects both quality and sustainability.

The estate can accommodate elegant banquet dining for up to 750 guests, while smaller catering experiences can be seamlessly served across multiple locations throughout the hotel, offering flexibility for conferences, private events, and corporate gatherings of all sizes.
