Known for her empathetic approach and strong leadership, Tonya brings dedication, warmth, and a people-first mindset to every aspect of the estate.

Tania is known for her strategic insight, strong communication skills, and collaborative approach, helping to create seamless and memorable guest experiences.

Jason Dunne ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of The Johnstown Estate, overseeing facilities, guest services, and team coordination. With a hands-on approach and a focus on efficiency, he works behind the scenes to make every visit seamless and enjoyable. Known for his problem-solving skills and dedication to service, Jason brings reliability, expertise, and a friendly presence to the estate.

Raghu Vallamkonda ensures that everything is in its place financially – which is no mean feat with a hotel the size of The Johnstown Estate and Trim Castle Hotel.  His stewardship of the hotel’s finances allows him to manage the finances around big refurbishment projects like The Spa at The Johnstown Estate, alongside the continuous investment in the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.
