Parterre is a vibrant garden terrace cocktail bar designed as a stylish escape for cocktail lovers and those with a taste for glamour. Serving botanically inspired drinks and delicious bites, Parterre provides an al fresco experience all year round. With a retractable roof and a lush garden wall, this unique space blends the outdoors with sophisticated interiors, making it perfect for gatherings, day or night.

New Menus to Explore
Our new menus bring a taste of botanical luxury. The All-Day Menu features light bites like hickory smoked almonds and roasted red pepper hummus, along with shareable plates like Macroom Buffalo Burrata with basil pesto and a Mediterranean vegetable board.

For a more indulgent experience, the Afternoon Tea Menu offers savoury bites like Boilie Goats Cheese Lollipops and Mini Irish Smoked Salmon Bagels, followed by sweets such as Lemon Meringue Tartlets and Chocolate Ginger Cake. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with one of our signature cocktails to balance the flavours.
Afternoon Tea is available at €37.00 per person or €46.00 with one paired cocktail.

Parterre comes alive with the vibrant sounds of our guest DJ every Friday and Saturday night from 9:30 pm till late. For a more relaxed weekend vibe, join us on Sunday afternoons from 3:00 pm, when we feature live jazz — perfect for winding down your weekend.

Parterre is available for private hire on weekdays, ideal for corporate gatherings or private celebrations.
