During your stay I hope you enjoy the range of facilities that our Estate has to offer, from our award winning Elemis Spa to our extensive leisure facilities with pools, thermal suites and outdoor Canadian hot tub.
Dining at the Johnstown Estate is a wonderful experience, with our Coach House Brasserie serving traditional favorites in a casual and relaxing setting, whilst Fire & Salt is a popular choice for dinner, serving amazing steaks and fresh seafood. To ensure your preferred dining time is available, we recommend you book your table in advance.

Breakfast at The Johnstown Estate
Using only the very best locally sourced Irish ingredients, our chefs have created a range of breakfast options to suit all tastes. At your leisure please join us at Fire and Salt Restaurant during the following times.
Breakfast Opening Times:
Mon-Fri 7am – 9.45am
Sat & Sun & bank holiday Mon 8am – 10.45am
Dining at The Johnstown Estate
There is a choice of dining experiences, from fine dining at ‘Fire & Salt’ restaurant to traditional favourites at The Coach House Brasserie, al fresco dining is also available on the terrace. If you are visiting The Spa why not try a bites at the Spa Café or People watch in The Atrium while indulging on Afternoon Tea. For those who wish to relax in their bedroom we have an extensive in-room dining menu.
The Spa
During your stay a visit to the new Spa is a heavenly treat, both in the pampering offered in the Thermal Suite, Rooftop Experience and fifteen treatment rooms and in the serenity of the surroundings created by the plush interiors, soft lighting, and outdoor space.
Parterre, Cocktail Bar
A captivating garden terrace cocktail bar serving botanically inspired drinks and delicious bites, Parterre provides an al fresco experience all year round. With a retractable roof and a lush garden wall, this unique space blends the outdoors with sophisticated interiors, making it perfect for gatherings, day or night.
